It All Starts With The Plant
You can’t have a quality output without a quality input. Not only do we source cannabinoid rich hemp plants for our products, we source them from USDA Certified Organic farms to ensure the hemp is cultivated using organic farming methods.

Processing Properly Dried & Cured Hemp Flower
One of the most overlooked yet vital processes after harvesting is the drying and curing process. The hemp flower is dried to remove all but approximately 10% of its moisture. It is then stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled room to cure, so that the moisture content within the flower can spread evenly throughout the flower. Once the flower is ready to be used, it goes through a milling process where the flower is grinded like ground coffee before it moves to the extraction process.

Cannabinoid Extraction
The USDA certified organic milled hemp flower goes through a USDA Certified Organic CO2 extraction process. The resulting raw hemp extract is then put through a series of USDA certified organic purification processes where all the fats, waxes and other undesirable plant compounds are removed from the extract. The end result is a beautiful honey-colored full spectrum oil that we use to make all of our full-spectrum CBD products.

Removing THC to Create Broad Spectrum Extract
A unique and expensive USDA certified organic chromatography process is used to remove THC from the full spectrum hemp extract so that we can make our broad-spectrum CBD products. As can be seen in our 3rd party lab test reports, our broad-spectrum CBD products contain no detectible amounts of THC (0.0%).

Rigorous Third-Party Lab Testing
Every batch of hemp product we produce is put through rigorous third-party lab testing at an ISO certified lab. Each and every batch is tested for microbial (e.g., E-coli, yeast, mold), potency, heavy metals (e.g., lead, arsenic, mercury), pesticides (60 total), and solvents.
All 4Fathers Organics include a QR code that links both the internal lab test report on the raw oil and the lab test report on the finished product.

CBD is a naturally occurring, non-intoxicating phytocannabinoid out of over 100 cannabinoids that have been identified in cannabis plants. While it can be extracted from both marijuana and hemp plants, only CBD that is extracted from hemp plants is federally legal in the United States.
WHAT DOES CBD STAND FOR?
CBD is the abbreviation for cannabidiol, one of the many cannabinoids, or plant compounds, found in hemp.
IS CBD OIL SAFE?
All 4Fathers Organics CBD products have been rigorously tested by a Certified 3rd Party Lab to ensure they are free of contaminants, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbiology. These 3rd party lab test reports are available for every 4Fathers Organics CBD product that is sold and can be accessed by scanning the QR code and entering the batch number that is imprinted on the product.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CBD TO WORK?
The length of time it takes for CBD to take effect depends mainly on the type of CBD product that is being used. Generally, CBD in vaporized or smokable form takes effect in seconds-to-minutes, CBD tincture oil generally takes between 15-20 minutes to take effect and CBD edibles can take over an hour before an effect is experienced. We generally suggest that CBD be consumed daily for a consecutive 30-day period before the consumer makes a determination on whether CBD works for them.
